My location - Crystal Lake IL - is amazing. this was surprisingly helpful when I took them to an event at Petco and was asked for proof of vaccines (which who carries that on them at all times) fortunately we were able to pull up app and provide required info and get on with our day! 2) notifications - reminders are the best! 3) access to all records in real-time like vaccine info etc. My schedule often interfere with reaching many places during regular hours. 1) online booking - this is MAJOR for me. They have since made some super useful updates that I LOVE.
